Procedure
Place the 4 tortillas on a board and spread the pesto sauce on the tortillas. Squeeze all the water from spinach and place it on the tortilla. Add cheese and chicken and place the remaining tortilla and press them together firmly. Heat the skillet and cook each quesadillas. Cook tortillas until they turn golden brown and the cheese melts.

1 small chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup canned black beans (mashed)

Procedure
Initially apply cooking spray to a baking dish and preheat the oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Take some olive oil in a skillet and cook some onion until the onion becomes soft. Add beans, seasoning, rice, salsa and sausages and heat this mixture. ѕ cup of this mixture is then placed at the middle of the wrap and is topped with cheese.
